Sleep is a basic need for the human body to be able to function normally.
It is critical both physically & mentally. An average person requires a minimum of 8 full hours of sleep to function and be productive. Any factors that affect sleep or hamper the quality of your sleep must be treated so that you can live better. Sleep disorders often occur along with medical or other mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, or cognitive disorders.

There are several types of sleep-wake disorders such as:

  • Sleep Apnea
  • Parasomnia

These disorders when not treated can be the cause of major misalignments, fatigue, mental & physical disorders. Sleep is an integral part of any person’s life cycle and issues with the same are known to cause major life problems giving rise in diseases & low immunity.
