Anxiety Disorder

Anxiety Disorder is when a person is in constant fear, or uneasiness, without a reason or situation. This disorder is called anxiety.
The symptoms of this disorder happen suddenly and are usually triggered by something that is happening in your life.

Some symptoms can include:

  • Trembling
  • Hyperventilation
  • Sensation of constant panic
  • Avoiding stressful situations on a daily basis to avoid a triggering event
  • Sleep and Stomach problems

Anxiety can be triggered by various situations, some of them can be physical factors that could be causing an anxiety disorder could be diabetes, heart disease, thyroid problems, drug misuse or withdrawal, IBS or chronic pain, and certain tumors.
Anxiety can also be a common side effect of some of the medications you might be taking.

Living with an anxiety disorder can make life difficult it could trigger the onset of depression, substance abuse, insomnia, bowel problems, social isolation, etc.
